1. How long does it take to ship?

 After your order is processed, standard delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days.  When your order ships, you will get a tracking number.

 2. Is shipping free?

 Yes!  All orders within the UK get free standard shipping.

 3. What kinds of payments do you take?

 You can pay for everything with PayPal or a credit card.

 4. Is it possible to return or exchange something?

 If you haven't worn, washed, or damaged the items, you can return them within 90 days.

 Right now, we don't offer direct exchanges.  To get a different item, send it back for a refund and then place a new order.

 5. When will I get my money back?

 Refunds are sent back to the same payment method within seven days of receiving the item you sent back.

 6. What things can't you return?

 Items that are on sale for good

 Underwear or swimwear (for health reasons)

 Cards for gifts

 7. What should I do if my order is broken or not working?

 If you get the item and it is broken, email us at contact@outekit.shop within seven days with your order number and a picture of the broken item.  We'll give you a new one or your money back.
